Quick evaluation / demo

The fastest evaluation path demonstrates the permission model using temporary local state and synthetic effects. It does not require the full managed model runtime.

Prerequisites

• Linux
• Git
• Python 3.10 or newer

Run the demo

The demo exercises permission discovery, standing policy, explicit approval, deny behavior, conditional permissions, and duplicate-effect prevention.

What to look for

• A request can be valid but still denied when no standing permission exists.
• An owner decision can configure future policy without reviving the original denied effect.
• Exact approval is separate from standing permission.
• Duplicate effect prevention is controller-owned.
